Booking Info

To receive a quote for 'Shola Sings Motown' we just require a few pieces of essential information. You can submit the info using the form opposite or, if you prefer, you can email them to info@motownsinger.com 

1. Please provide your name.
2. Please provide the contact email address or phone number that you would prefer us to contact you on with your quote.
3. Please provide the date of the event.
4. Please provide the venue location information. If the exact venue is not known at this time, please provide us with the nearest town/postcode where the event is likely to take place.
5. Please provide us with the number of guests attending. This helps us to determine the size of PA / lighting rig that will be required.
6. Please let us know what type of 'Shola Sings Motown' show you require. This will normally be 1 x 1 hour or 2 x 45 minute sets. If you require something different, please let us know in the 'Additional Info' box.
7. Please let us know the time that you require the performance to begin - and if you have booked the 2 set show, please let us know what time the second set should finish. The second set would normally start half an hour after the first set has concluded.
8. Please let us know what time the stage/lighting/PA needs to be set for. The set up time for a large event is normally 2 hours. Whilst this is done in as unobtrusive a way as possible, it may be that you prefer the stage to be set by the time your guests arrive.
9. Please use the 'Additional Info' box to provide us with any other info you think may be useful i.e. Type of event (Wedding/Birthday Party/Corporate/Dinner Dance); other acts playing / DJ; type of venue (function room/hall/marquee);whether you would like the solo show, band or trio.

All of the above information will allow us to provide you with a quote tailored to your personal requirements.

Quotes are normally processed within 24 hours, but during busy periods may take up to 48 hours to return.
